After almost a year, the IDEAS 1.0 program draws to a close with a spectacular graduation ceremony. The guest of honor was Mari Pangestu, Minister of Trade, Indonesia. Also, Alan White was on hand to represent MIT. The event also saw the honouring of the GEC 2009 champions, Team Indonesia. Congratulations to all the graduates and kudos. Also a great appreciation for a fantastic working relationship with the crew at United in Diversity.

The final IDEAS 1.0 workshop with Judith Flick was held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Twelve Baskets was on site to help with the documentation through photos and video. We assisted in the directing of the participants’ interview and reflections of the program.

Conservation International (Indonesia) held a dialogue clinic with key stakeholders in the Ciliwung River Project. We captured the key moments and the intensity of the participants discussing this project in Punchak, Indonesia.

Over the course of 3 days, a workshop was conducted for the employees of Ericsson, Indonesia. We were on site to help document the workshop and capture the moments of learning.
As part of the IDEAS 1.0 session, a deep dive session conducted by MIT professor, Otto Scharmer was held in Bali, Indonesia. Documenting the process in video and photos, we were able to help the organisers capture the learning journey of the participants during the 4 days. We also had the opportunity to see graphic recording made by Christy Lee-O’loughlin. What an expressive skill to have and use for workshops and dialogue sessions.
